In September, we made Lao egg rolls, under Chef Palina, a former refugee from Laos.
In October, Chef Shadi demonstrated to the audience how to make Kefta, a Syrian meat and potato dish.
This month, on November 21st, Salome Mwangi with the Refugee Speakers Bureau will show our audience how to make chicken tikka, potato bhajias and kachumbari.
