Benefits

In addition to competitive health benefits Jannus offers the following to employees who work 20 hours or more per week:

  • 14 paid holidays per year
  • 10 to 20 days of vacation PLUS 10 to 20 days of sick leave per year
  • A 2 to 1 match on employee contributions to their 401k after 1 year of employment, up to 5% of their pay
