Jannus is structured with a centralized shared service team to provide essential services to all the programs. The Team includes executive leadership, financial expertise, human resources, grant writing and information technology. By centralizing this part of the organization, we not only offer greater efficiency, but also consistency, accountability, and compliance in many areas from complex funding requirements to human resource standards.
